Reporting to the Dean, College of Business the Associate Dean, College of Business must be a proven leader with the skills and expertise necessary to support the academic affairs of the College of Business in fully implementing its mission and vision.

Reporting to the Dean, College of Business, the Associate Dean, College of Business provides support and contributes to the strategic and academic leadership of planning, organizing and managing programs in the College; managing faculty and administrative teams; supporting faculty professional development; ensuring quality programs; and enhancing student success. This role also includes responsibility to coordinate and organize the operational management of the College in terms of oversight of course schedule planning, curriculum development, revision assessment, faculty evaluation, faculty recruitment and retention, budget development, fiscal management and other related activities of the College.
Education:
Earned PhD (or equivalent as designated and approved) in a relevant discipline from a recognized, accredited institution and should demonstrate evidence of scholarly, professional, and creative achievement sufficient to qualify at the rank of Professor/Associate Professor.
